This policy describes how SIFO HOLDING (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the AXIUM RH mobile application and related services (back office and API).

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is SIFO HOLDING, Côte d’Ivoire. Contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Data we collect

Depending on your role and the features you use, we may process:

• Account and identity: email address, login credentials via AXIUM Identity, first name, last name, employee number, company affiliation.
• HR profile: assignment, job, leave requests, missions, work-related notifications.
• Time and attendance: clock-in and clock-out times, device identifier and name, GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude) when geolocated punching is enabled.
• Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token associated with the device.
• Technical data: authentication tokens (JWT), logs needed for security and diagnostics.

We do not collect payment data through the AXIUM RH mobile application.

3. Purposes

Data is used only to:

• authenticate users and secure access (AXIUM Identity);
• manage attendance and clocking, including geofence checks when required by company policy;
• send work-related notifications (leave, missions, alerts);
• allow authorised HR staff to manage records in the course of employment.

4. Recipients

Data may be disclosed, strictly as needed, to:

• SIFO HR staff and managers authorised under their permissions;
• AXIUM Identity (OptimumCI) for authentication;
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notification delivery.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Location

The application may request location permission (iOS / Android) solely to record a punch that complies with your employer’s attendance policy. Refusing location may prevent some punch modes, without blocking other non-geolocated features.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the employment relationship and for the statutory or contractual periods applicable in Côte d’Ivoire (payroll, disputes, HR obligations), then archived or deleted according to internal procedures.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention duties, by contacting HR or the publisher using the details below. Some requests may need to go through your employer (HR file data).

8. Children

AXIUM RH is intended for employees and staff of the organisation. It is not designed for children under 16 years of age.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. The version published at the URL listed in the app stores is authoritative.
